You choose what to share and whether to meet.

How it works

Your calendar → WYA → your next catch-up.

  1. 01

    Keep using your calendar.

Connect selected Google or Outlook calendars, then add and update plans there as usual. No second schedule to maintain.

    You’re in London Nov 9 – 11.Maya’s visiting Nov 10 – 12.
  2. 02

    Let WYA find the overlap.

WYA keeps up with your calendar plans and automatically finds overlapping dates with your people, when you both choose to share.

You and Maya both choose to share.Connecting a calendar doesn’t share it with everyone.
  3. 03

    Make a plan your way.

Choose whether you’d like to meet, then continue in the messaging or email app you already use. A coffee, a catch-up, or another time.

“Maya will be in London too.”Say hello, suggest a coffee, or leave it there.

Start with one team.

A client visit for you. A project trip for Maya. Help colleagues spot the overlap without HR arranging every introduction.

For a proposed pilot, we’ll agree on a small group, scope and timing together. Members choose what to share and whether to meet. Admins manage membership, not personal visibility.

On your terms.

Who can see my plans?

You see an overlap only when both people choose to share for those dates and have access. WYA shows overlaps with you, not everyone’s itinerary. Calendar titles, attendees and private details aren’t shared. Admins cannot override your choices. Changing sharing defaults applies going forward, not to existing choices.

Does an overlap mean we’re free to meet?

No. Calendar plans suggest a chance to cross paths, not verified location or free time. Sharing signals general openness, not a personal invitation. You decide whether to reach out in an external messaging or email app.

Do I need another calendar?

No second schedule. Google Calendar and Outlook are planned for the first release. Choose which calendars to connect and keep updating plans there. WYA doesn’t track live GPS location, and there is no manual-trip editor at launch.

For your other circles, too.
